I am bit biased since I have know this family since I was a boy. The owner himself oversees everything. If anything is not right, he is on top of it right away. The food is super, always fresh. Those of all ethnic backgrounds are commonly seen having lunch, all enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. If this is your only stop to Utica, I would me this a priority.
