I bring the kids, picky eaters with custom burgers. Friendly staff got everything right. One of the better Wendy's I have been to.
Love their Spicy Chicken Sandwich/Fries and guilty of every once in a while a small chilli
No variety of sodas at all. Pay for 2 meals then wash it down w something you don't like..But workers very nice and thorough w order! Soda machine needs to be checked periodically!!
Went here for lunch today. Asked for extra lettuce and mayo on my burger. When I opened it after I drove across the city it had no tomato on it. I called and asked if they had started making it without tomatoes. No, I was informed that it is supposed to have tomatoes. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told the woman I was speaking with was a manager and had actually made my sandwich. I was told I could come back and get a new one properly made. I drove back across the city. As I came through the drive thru again I told them I didn't want the burger and just to give me a refund on my credit card. I drove to Burger King and got a decent burger made my way. I don't understand why someone would remove one of the ingredients when you request extra on several other ingredients. They didn't remove the cheese. Didn't remove the bacon. Why would they remove the tomato? Lesson learned.....don't leave the frickin drive thru until you check your order because this restaurant decides to remove items from their sandwiches. And when you complain, they tell you to drive back and they will correct it. I only had a short time for lunch today. They never offered give me a free burger.....just that they would replace it. Thanks for the great customer service Wendy's. NOT!
Love the salads they make just what I want. Stay was great. Busy time but no napkins available!!
