Horrible, Brought the Avis rental before my turn in time on 7/6/17 but the paperwork from Ohio wasn't complete because CAK didn't fill it out properly. I was told by the young woman that she would take care of it because Ohio's system was down. I just received notice that Avis charged my card another 231.46 because the Yorkville NY location said I didn't return it until THE 10TH!!! They literally stole from me!.
Once again I was wowed by Avis. I recently rented a 2013 Nissan sentra from an Avis location in Utica, and I must say it was one of the best rental experiences I've had in a very long time. The vehicles are very cleaned, well serviced and maintained, daily rates are super affordable compared to other rental companies around here. More importantly, the overall process is as easy as ABC, hassle free! I'm a huge fan of Avis and I 100% recommend to anyone. Great rental company!
This is the best car rental office that I have ever been to. Professional, courteous, prompt. I can't say enough good things about them.
I travel often and use Avis both domestically and abroad which has earned me preferred + status. I can tell you that the Yorkville location and staff is one of if not the adsolute best Avis location I deal with. Kind, courteous and accommodating. Pleasant staff and although they don't always have an abundance of cars the ones they do have are kept very clean and neat. I enjoy coming here and I always know my rental car needs will be handled correctly and professionally by good people that take great pride in their work.
Extremely clean, slick car that came with a a full gas tank. Pleasant experience at both pick up and drop off locations. The pricing is much more reasonable than Hertz.
