Such an unorganized branch, for the second time I haven't received a 12 passenger van reservation.Both times I reserved 3 weeks ahead of time. With no contact prior to pick up date stating the vehicle isn't available, very inconvient. Branch Manager has no customer service skills. Offered two pick up trucks with double deposit fee ($300 each). At no fault of my own.
The cars are most of the time running on empty. I was given a car with no gas, and was told to returned it like that, like I am going to drive a car on empty, forcing me to pay for gas I didn't use. The staff is polite. Most of the cars are modern. The cleanliness is an issue, all the cars I have rented smell like smoke or orange or they have trash. The "we pick you up" does not always apply.
Hi, I received a free upgrade for my rental weekend which was great. The car ran smooth as silk and it was a blessing to be able not to be putting the extra miles on our leased vehicles.
the job I started a year ago requires me to travel. In the past year I have rented from this location about 12 times. Maybe once or twice I have had smooth interactions with them. Customer service level is sub par at best. Every time you show up, there’s a different problem. And most days you can’t even get a pick up. I called today asking for a pick up, Kendall told me they don’t pick up in south utica. When I told him that’s a lie, because I was picked up last week, he then told me that they don’t pick up on sundays. Which, I have been picked up multiple times. Last week when I rented a car. I got to Poland and got pulled over for expired registration! Had to drive back to get another car just to go to plattsburgh. 2 hours of wasted time. I got a sorry and an upgrade. This place has to step their game up. If my company didn’t have an account for you, I would go across the street to budget or Avis.
It was quick and painless. The short portly gentleman there was of great assistance and understanding. I appreciate the fast friendly service. I definitely will rent from here again.
